Customer Focused Web Developer & Improver
Are you a customer focused, creative web developer who loves working with small businesses and improving the systems you use while you use them?

Essentials skills include HTML, CSS and WordPress development.
Must have experience with or be willing to learn WordPress hooks & filters, WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, Payment gateways, Google Analytics & Google Search Engine Console, CPanel, Foundation, Ajax, PHP and MySQL.
Must be willing to learn Anyware’s in house CMS, which is basically an html/css template system with macros for super fast websites.
Anyware Web Marketing is a small team who build e-commerce and small business websites and provide ongoing marketing support to our clients. We find simple solutions, contribute to customer success and relentlessly pursue the perfect customer experience.

We build e-commerce websites using WooCommerce, Shopify and BigCommerce and we build information websites with our internal CMS and WordPress.
For new builds, our graphic designer usually takes care of design and we build the layouts pixel perfect from design specifications.
We do a lot of website maintenance and improvement, usually without a design spec and based on an existing layout.
Anyware does not do custom database development for clients, nor web apps or mobile apps.
This is a full time, contract role.
The successful applicant for this role will be a Wellington resident with a NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
