How many people are on the Anyware team?

Currently we are 3 full time, 3 part time plus we regularly work closely with a graphic designer and an SEO/social media guru. All are great people to work with who have committed to our vision.

Will I be expected to work outside of normal business hours?

Not normally. Your evenings and weekends are your own. We work hard to ensure all our systems are extremely reliable and little after hours support is required (for our customers sake as well as our own). Occasionally a customer will call with an urgent problem outside of normal business hours. I have never demanded my team to respond after 5pm but I’m proud to say they always volunteer (see our vision). This seems to happen about 3 to 6 times per year.

What operating systems do you use?

Our web server is Linux and CPanel based. Our desktops are Windows. I ask our team to use Windows for their desktops so that we only have one OS to support. If you prefer to use a non Windows PC yourself that’s ok as long as you can support our team’s Windows machines. We use cloud software as much as possible for project management, invoicing and other systems.
